Interactive Photobook Storage

The first photo books I ever created were for my mom and dad when I graduated from high school. From then on, I created one every chance I got. I gave them as gifts, made them for trips, for my family, for friends, and I even asked my bridesmaids to be in my wedding with a personalized photo book. In 2016, I even started making my “family yearbook”.

When we were packing up and moving to Austin, I knew I wanted to do more with them than have them sit in a stack on our coffee table. So I decided to make the shelves I already had a little more interactive. I sat two photobooks on each shelf in our living room in hopes that when people come over, they would be invited to pull one off the shelf and take a look. Not to mention, photo books on a display look a whole lot better than sitting in a pile on a table.

Right now, I’m currently working on the 2019 VandeVanter yearbook and will print it right after New Years. Can’t wait to see how it will come together!
